Our park does not charge separately for electricity on stays of one month or longer. All our rates, even monthly stays, include water, sewer, electricity and basic WiFi. Sites are designed for 2 adults, 1 RV and 1 motor vehicle. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the designated overflow lot and may be subject to a fee. All rates are based on two-person occupancy. There is an additional fee of $5.00 per person per day. Other fees may apply - please refer to the Park office. No refunds for early departures. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Special Extended Stay Rates
Utilities included
4-Month Rate — $1,300/month
Valid December 1 – March 31 or January 1 – April 30. Must stay the full 4 months to receive the discounted rate.
6-Month Rate — $1,100/month
Valid November 1 – April 30. Must stay the full 6 months to receive the discounted rate.
Early departures will be charged the difference between the discounted and standard monthly rate.
Deposits/Cancellation Fees

*Cancellation requests made less than 15 days in advance of arrival for a reservation of one or more months during the Summer Season will forfeit the entire deposit.

- All reservations are subject to a fee for any loss, damage or clean up required to return the site to its original condition.
- We cannot guarantee specific sites. We will do our best to accommodate your request but reserve the right to change a reservation site at our discretion.
- Limited storage spaces are available for rent for Guests only - $145/month plus tax.

- Discounts cannot be combined. Passport America discount not valid December 1st thru April 1st and is valid for 5 nights max. Military receive a 10% discount valid for 5 nights max.
