POLICE, FIRE & RESCUE:  DIAL 911

CHECK IN/OUT TIME:  Check in - 1:00 pm / Check out - 11:00 am. No RVs will be parked after dark. Please request a later check out time prior to departure or an extra day will be charged. No refunds for early departures.

BACK GATE:  Open 8:00 am to Sunset.

QUIET HOURS:  10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

MAIL/PACKAGES:  Mail is sorted and placed in mail slots located in the Clubhouse and accessible 24/7. All packages are delivered to the front porch of the Clubhouse. Guests are responsible for tracking and collecting any packages. The Park does not accept delivery of mail or packages on behalf of guests and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

CLEANLINESS:  Lots must be kept neat and free of clutter at all times. No vehicle repair or car maintenance may be performed on-site. The Park is subject to county inspection for safety and health reasons. If a fine occurs, you will be charged accordingly and may be asked to leave the Park.

CONDUCT:  Illegal drug usage is prohibited and will be grounds for immediate removal from the Park. Any arrest or disturbance including but not limited to alcohol, drugs, loud activities, firearms discharge or disturbing the peace and safety of other guests is grounds for immediate removal from the Park.

DRESS CODE:  Shoes and shirts must be worn in all enclosed buildings.

FIRES:  No open fires are permitted. Gas or charcoal grills are allowed and must be attended at all times. Grills must be on a grill stand.

LAUNDRY:  Laundry facilities are provided. No clothes lines are permitted. Laundry cards can be purchased in the Park office. See additional rules posted in the laundry area.

PAYMENT:  All accounts must be paid in advance. Rent or storage fees over 5 days late will be charged $10/day until paid. Failure to pay on time may result in asking you to vacate the Park.

PETS:  All pets must be registered at check in and all vaccinations are to be current. There is a two-dog limit per unit and certain breeds are restricted. No livestock animals are allowed. All dogs must be on a non-retractable leash no longer than 6’ and never left unattended outside. Dog food bowls are not to be left outside. Dog waste bags are provided – owners are responsible for picking up dog waste and depositing in the Park dumpsters. Failure to pick up dog waste after three incidents is cause for removal from the Park. Pets must sleep indoors at night. No pets are allowed in the clubhouse, the pool area, the bathrooms/laundry area or the social/common area when activities are in progress. Guests must abide by posted rules to use the Dog Park facility. Please see the office for the full pet policy.

POOL:  10:00 am to Sunset. The pool will be closed for safety during storms. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a person over 18. Visitors must be accompanied by a paying guest. Bathing suits are required – no cutoffs or other attire is allowed. No wet swimsuits in the clubhouse. No alcohol, pets, glass or food is allowed in the pool area. A full list of pool rules are posted at the pool.

POP UPS & BIKE COVERS:  Pop ups no larger than 10x10 with screen sides only are allowed. See office for approved list. No popup bike tents are allowed – bike covers only. Please be mindful of the weather for your pop ups and awnings. The Park reserves the right to require removal for site access and safety purposes.

SECURITY DEPOSITS & SITE CLEANUP:  A security deposit is required at check in depending upon your length of stay. Security deposits are fully refundable within 7 days of check out upon management inspection to ensure return to original condition including removal of all personal belongings, no damage to site hookup and return of the gate remote. Guests who do not have a security deposit on file may be charged after check out for any clean up or unremoved items or damage to the site.

SEWER:  Only human waste and 1-ply toilet paper should be placed in any toilet including your own. Sewer donuts or equivalent seal are required on all units. Do NOT place the sewer hose directly into the sewer connection. Do not use rocks, boards, tape, etc. to hold the hose in place.

SITE:  Units must be occupied by the owner of the unit. Subletting or rental of your unit or lot is not allowed. Park Management reserves the right of access onto any lot for the purpose of inspection and/or maintenance. Pedestal hookups are for Bay Aire property only. No items can be attached to a pedestal. No tents, tarps or fencing is allowed. Only outdoor furniture permitted. No hot tubs or exterior appliances are allowed. Small dorm-size refrigerators may be allowed with Park Management approval for a monthly fee.

SMOKING:  Smoking is allowed at your site or the designated smoking area at the clubhouse. The remainder of the Park is smoke free including all enclosed buildings and the pool area. Please dispose of your cigarettes safely.

STORAGE:  Limited storage spaces are available to rent for guests only. Tow dollies can be stored on-site if they are fully behind unit.

TRASH:  There is no on-site trash pickup. Deposit trash at the dumpsters in the parking lot at the Park entrance. Do not leave trash outside the dumpster. Larger items must be disposed of off-site – please see the office for details.

VEHICLES/PARKING/LIABILITY:  Sites are for two persons, one unit and one vehicle only. Vehicle must be parked off the roadway. Units must be self-contained. Vehicles without a parking pass are subject to towing at owner’s expense. Only one vehicle through the gate at a time. Please stay within posted 5 mph. No exiting from the entrance gate. No unlicensed or unregistered vehicles in the Park. Unlicensed or unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. Golf carts, ATVs and mini/dirt bikes are not allowed. No generator use allowed. No e-vehicle charging allowed. No parking in empty sites without Park approval. BAY AIRE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS TO OR CAUSED BY YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY INCLUDING YOUR VEHICLES OR FOR ANY ITEMS STORED WITHIN VEHICLES.

VISITORS/CONTRACTORS:  All visitors must be registered with the office prior to their arrival and extra person charges will apply. Visitors must park in the designated overflow/visitor lot. Failure to disclose visitors may result in you being asked to vacate the Park. Please inform the office if you are expecting any vendors/contractors and they must also check in at the office.

WATER USE:  Due to State limitations on the use of water, no sprinkling or washing of cars is allowed. Unit washing is limited to guests staying over 6 months.

 

VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK.

BAY AIRE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

These Rules & Regulations are established pursuant to Section 513.117 Florida statute. A current copy of this chapter is available in the Park office for public inspection.
